Weybourne Heath NT
This area is the escarpment south of the North Norfolk Railway between Weybourne Station and Sheringham Park. The lower levels tend to be secondary deciduous woodland with a pond changing to managed coniferous forest at the higher levels. The forested area is known as Weybourne Wood. The whole area is crisscrossed with paths and rides. Crossbill and Siskin roam in flocks through the forest area while a good range of bird inhabit the lower areas. Parking is generally difficult, so best approached on foot from Weybourne Station, Sheringham Park or even the Coastal Path.
