North East Norfolk Bird Club

Roughton

Image of Roughton birding site

An important crossroad on the A140 for birders travelling further afield. Most reports are from people passing through but with a beck and fishing lake it could be worth a visit. The Groveland Farm Shop to the east sits in the valley with a range of trees and hedges plus its mosaic of crops and plots could be the ideal base to start from.
