Heydon

Image of Heydon birding site

A small isolated village which still has that community feel. Heydon Hall and the associated parkland dominate the area to the north and east, with plantations and grazing meadows to south and west. There is parking behind the pub in the centre of the village. The park is open to the public so a good range of habitats to explore. Habitats: arable farmland, gardens, grassland, hedgerows, parkland, pond/lake and woodland.
