Haveringland Great Wood
Haveringland Great Wood is a Forestry Commission site, located west of B1149 Holt to Norwich road, on the southern edge of the Club recording area. The site, which is approached via a public footpath, mainly comprises a mature conifer plantation with wide woodland rides bordered with a mix of deciduous trees and shrubs. There are views over the adjacent Haveringland Hall lake. The whole area is good for general woodland species.
