East Runton & Thains Lane
A pretty village on the south side of the A149, west side of Cromer. Thains Lane runs from the south west side of the A149, by the allotments, and runs westward to cross the railway towards Incleborough Hill. It has the habit of turning up the rarer autumn migrants most years. Parking is very difficult at the A149, it is better to take the road south signed to Manor Farm and park on the road which runs west by the duck pond. From here walk west and then north along a track which will take you to the railway bridge at the top end of Thains Lane.
