Aylmerton Pond Project

Image of Aylmerton Pond Project birding site

Aylmerton village pond is a former carters pond which has undergone significant restoration and improvement over the past decade. Unfortunately, the circular 'permissive path' around the pond is no longer available as the closing loop is now fenced off within a campsite, although the board-walk, dipping platform and reed bed (all constructed using local volunteers) are still open to the public.
