Fakenham Magna
The Black Bourn river is easily accessible at Fakenham Magna, with a public footpath that follows the river valley south to Sapiston. The river here is a reliable site for grey wagtails and kingfishers, while the water meadows are popular with barn owls. Goosanders have been recorded on the river, though there are no recent records. The whole area is part of Euston Estate.
