DESCRIPTION

Please keep to the footpaths and watch out for golf balls
.

The green grass of the golf course on the edge of the rocky Eastern Desert is an oasis for the migration. The parking area trees are full of Nile Valley Sunbirds from December to April. Thousands of raptors and storks pass overhead during the migration. You can go up the tower for the best view of El Gouna.

Smaller migratory species spend a longer amount of time here, for example bee-eaters, shrikes, whinchats, bluethroats, quail, pratincole, swifts, swallows, sand martins, etc. etc.
